Rodney Fisher (born September 16, 1979), known professionally as Melz Cali or Ramello Zamar Calico , is an American rapper and singer. Fisher is known for his strong voice and incorporation of hip hop and R&B, and has been recognized as a soul-trap mello man. He was raised in Amityville, New York were he began his singing career. Fisher is more known for his singing more than his rapping, most of his songs like ''Sexcipe[1]'' and ''Hit It Whenever[2]'' features a R&B vibe. Fisher has also shown that he can rap as well as he is featured on the song "Work[3]" with Tribal Young Brown.

Career
Fishers career started in 2011 with Empire Entertainment, with his R&B songs. He released two single under Empire Entertainment ''Sexcipe[4]'' and ''Hit It Whenever''. As most of his time was spent running the record label and working with some of the young artist like Swoo Rugby and ''FTF'' (Follow The Flow).
