At launch, Karu is limited to eligible clothing and electronics. A category match alone is not enough: Roovet or an approved local seller must explicitly enable the individual product, and its inventory location must qualify.
Karu is Roovet’s Jacksonville-focused local delivery service and optional monthly membership. Eligible orders may receive same-day delivery, sometimes within hours, when inventory, route capacity and the delivery address qualify.

Do I need a Karu membership?
No. Eligible customers may use Karu Fast without membership. Members receive a larger included-mile allowance and a lower distance-and-weight delivery cap on qualifying orders.
Which products are eligible at launch?
Clothing and electronics are the initial eligible categories. A product must also be explicitly approved for Karu by Roovet or an approved Jacksonville-area seller and have qualifying local inventory.
Is same-day delivery guaranteed?
No. The final checkout quote and delivery window depend on inventory location, destination, route mileage, weight, operating hours, capacity and administrative eligibility.
What else is included with membership?
Karu members may receive access to Roovet-selected videos, movies and podcasts specifically marked as Karu eligible. Media availability can change and requires an active membership when the benefit is enabled.
