Robinson’s father, Abdul Robinson Sr., who is the alleged leader of the ATK gang, has also been implicated in both cases. He has been charged with accessory after the fact for helping his son evade arrest and dispose of evidence. He has also been cooperating with the prosecutors and has given statements against his son and other co-defendants. Robinson Sr. is expected to testify against his son in both trials.

Ksoo has pleaded not guilty to both charges and is still trying to get a bond set before he goes to trial.
