Jacksonville Rapper Ksoo Faces Murder Charges In Two Cases

Hakeem Robinson, a Jacksonville rapper who goes by the stage name Ksoo, is accused of killing two people in separate incidents in 2019 and 2020. Robinson is a member of the ATK gang, which is involved in a violent feud with the rival KTA gang, led by another rapper, Julio Foolio.

The first case dates back to February 2019, when Robinson allegedly shot and killed 16-year-old Adrian Gainer Jr., who was Foolio’s brother and a member of the KTA gang. Gainer, who was also known as Bibby, was walking home from school when he was ambushed by two gunmen in a car. Robinson was identified as one of the shooters by a witness who recognized him from his rap videos. Robinson was arrested in March 2020 and charged with first-degree murder. He pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial.

The second case occurred in January 2020, when Robinson allegedly participated in the murder of 23-year-old Charles McCormick, who was also affiliated with the KTA gang. McCormick was shot multiple times outside a shopping center on Merrill Road. An off-duty officer witnessed the shooting and chased the suspects’ car until it crashed. Three suspects fled on foot, while a fourth one, Dominique Barner, was arrested at the scene. Barner later cooperated with the prosecutors and identified Robinson as one of the shooters. Robinson was arrested in April 2020 and charged with second-degree murder. He also pleaded not guilty and is awaiting trial.

Abdul Robinson Sr

Robinson’s father, Abdul Robinson Sr., who is the alleged leader of the ATK gang, has also been implicated in both cases. He has been charged with accessory after the fact for helping his son evade arrest and dispose of evidence. He has also been cooperating with the prosecutors and has given statements against his son and other co-defendants. Robinson Sr. is expected to testify against his son in both trials.

Robinson’s rap career has been affected by his legal troubles. He is signed to Yungeen Ace’s Cinematic Music Group label and has released several songs and videos online. Some of his songs have referenced the killings he is accused of, such as “Bibby Story” and “Lil Buck Killed”. He has also been involved in online beefs with Foolio and other KTA rappers, who have mocked him for snitching on his father and being locked up.

Robinson’s trials have been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other issues. His next pretrial date for both cases is July 19, 2022. If convicted, he faces life in prison without parole or the death penalty.

Ksoo’s music has changed since his arrest in several ways. Some of the changes are:

Ksoo’s Album Cover

The controversy around Ksoo’s album cover is that it features the faces of four men who were slain in Jacksonville. Allegedly by members of the ATK gang, which Ksoo belongs to. The album cover is seen as a way of disrespecting and taunting the victims and their families. As well as glorifying violence and murder. This album cover sparked outrage and criticism from the community, especially from the mothers of the victims, who said they felt hurt and tormented by the coverThe album cover also drew attention from the police and the prosecutors, who used it as evidence against Ksoo in his murder cases.

ATK Gang

The ATK gang is a violent drug trafficking organization based in Jacksonville, Florida, that is involved in a deadly feud with a rival group known as KTA, or Kill Them All. ATK stands for Ace’s Top Killers, which refers to the leader of the gang, Yungeen Ace, a popular rapper whose real name is Keyanta BullardThe Gang is also associated with other rappers, such as Ksoo, Ybeezzzy, and Quez4Real.

ATK is notorious for making music videos that boast about real murders and taunt their enemies. Some of their songs have been used as evidence against them in court casesATK has also been accused of killing several people in Jacksonville and other states, including Foolio’s brother Bibby, rapper Lil Buck, and a bystander named Damon Rothermel.

ATK is currently facing multiple charges and investigations from the police and the prosecutors. Some of the members of the gang have been arrested, while others are still on the run. The alleged leader of the gang, Abdul Robinson Sr., who is also Ksoo’s father, has been cooperating with the authorities and has given statements against his son and other co-defendants.

Some other rappers from Jacksonville are:

Ksoo & King Von Relationship

Ksoo and King Von had a friendly relationship. As they were both signed to the same label, Cinematic Music Group, and collaborated on a song called “5Stars”. They also shared a similar background of being involved in gang violence and facing murder charges. They showed support for each other on social media and in interviews. For example King Von tweeted “Free Ksoo” when Ksoo was arrested. And Ksoo said that King Von was his favorite rapper in an interview with Say Cheese TVHowever, their relationship was cut short when King Von was killed in a shooting in Atlanta on November 6, 2020. Jacksonville rapper Ksoo paid tribute to King Von on his Instagram story, saying “RIP VON I LOVE YOU BRO”

Ksoo and Yungeen Ace Relationship

Ksoo and Yungeen Ace have a close relationship, as they are both members of the same rap group and gang, ATK, which stands for Ace’s Top KillersThey are also both signed to the same label, Cinematic Music Group. Both have collaborated on several songs and videos, such as “ATK War”, “5Stars”, and “400 Shots”They have also supported each other through their legal troubles and personal losses, as they both face murder charges and have lost friends and family members to violence

However, their relationship has also been strained by the fact that Ksoo’s father, Abdul Robinson Sr., who is the alleged leader of the ATK gang, has been cooperating with the prosecutors and has given statements against his son and other co-defendants, including Yungeen AceYungeen Ace has expressed his anger and disappointment at Ksoo’s father for snitching on him and his son, and has threatened him on social mediaKsoo, on the other hand, has remained loyal to Yungeen Ace and has defended him from his critics.

Jacksonville Rapper Ksoo And His Fathers Relationship

Ksoo and his father’s relationship is complicated and strained. As they are both involved in a violent gang feud and face murder charges. According to the web search results Ksoo’s father Abdul Robinson Sr. Is the alleged leader of the ATK gang, which Ksoo belongs to. However Robinson Sr. has decided to cooperate with the prosecutors and testify against his son and other co-defendants in two murder casesHe has also accused his son of leaving him in jail to rot and not standing up for him

Ksoo, on the other hand, has not shown any concern or remorse for his father’s decision. And has continued to make music that boasts about killing people and taunts his rivalsHe has also defended his friend and fellow rapper Yungeen Ace. Who is also a co-defendant and a target of his father’s snitchingKsoo’s lawyer has said that they are not worried about his father’s testimony, as they have the truth and evidence to prove his innocence.

Ksoo’s relationship with his mother and brothers is not very clear, as there is not much information available about them. However, based on some clues, Roovet can infer the following:

Ksoo will be going to trial for two separate murder cases involving the deaths of Adrian Gainer and Charles McCormick. The trial date for the Gainer case was originally set for June 6, 2022. But it was delayed after Ksoo’s father. Abdul Robinson Sr., agreed to testify against him and the prosecution added new discovery materialThe next pretrial date for both cases is July 19, 2022Ksoo has pleaded not guilty to both charges and is still trying to get a bond set before he goes to trial.
