How do I start using Roovet Wallet?
Create a Roovet account or sign in with your existing one, then open Wallet. You can review funding methods, receive eligible payments, or set up business tools from your dashboard.
Can I withdraw my entire balance?
Only eligible withdrawable cash can be paid out. Platform credit, pending payments, and held funds are shown separately. Your withdrawal review displays applicable fees, verification steps, and limits.
Is the Roovet card a bank-issued credit card?
No. It is a Roovet platform card for supported Roovet payments, funded through your wallet. It is not a general-purpose Visa or Mastercard.
Can I accept payments on my WordPress website?
Yes. Install Roovet Wallet for WooCommerce, connect an active USD Wallet, and enable it in your payment settings. The current plugin supports one-time USD payments. Recurring charges and automated refunds are not included.
Do customers need a Roovet account?
Paying from Wallet balance requires a Roovet account. Other available payment methods can offer guest checkout. The methods shown depend on the merchant and current payment availability.
What fees apply?
Fees can depend on the payment type, funding method, and merchant. Review the amount and applicable fees before confirming. Store owners can review connection terms when linking WooCommerce.
Does it work on my phone?
