Twilio will place a voice call and ask you to enter a 6-digit code. Once verified, you can present this number as outbound voice Caller ID from Roovet Talk.

What to expect

Twilio calls the phone you entered (after any delay you set).
Answer and follow the prompt to enter a 6-digit code using your keypad.
When complete, the number appears as a verified Caller ID in Twilio and can be used for outbound voice.

SMS cannot use a verified non-Twilio number. Inbound routing is unchanged; this only affects outbound Caller ID.

Troubleshooting

Use full E.164 format starting with + and country code.
Make sure your Twilio project can dial that country and your number can receive automated calls.
If there’s an IVR, add an extension so we can complete verification after answer.
Carrier call screening/Spam filters can block verification calls—try again or temporarily disable filtering.
