This Privacy Policy explains how Roovet collects, uses, and shares information across our Services: Search & News, Shop & Orders, Books & Library, Wallet, Developers/API, Suite/CRM & Flow, Virtual Rep & Telephony, Mail, and Providers (“Pros”).
Account details, usage logs, device/network information, content you provide, payment & order data, and limited telemetry—only as needed to deliver and improve Roovet.
To operate core features, personalize results, protect security, prevent fraud, bill for services, and comply with law.

1) Scope & Controller

Event logs, feature usage, performance metrics, crash data, and limited analytics to improve reliability and UX.
IP address, device attributes, user agent, locale, cookies, and similar identifiers.
Search queries, saved items, messages/mail, uploaded files, documents (Flow/Drive), books/library interactions, and customer data in Suite/CRM.
Order details, billing/postal info, wallet balances, payouts, and payment tokens via providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Phone numbers, call/SMS metadata, status events, recordings if enabled, and opt-in/opt-out preferences as required by law.
